As both, Nour and Walaa said, it is very important to be called by our name... We feel that we are important. On the contrary, if a teacher keeps referring to us as "You", we will feel upset. So as a good quality of a successful teacher, is calling your students by their names, to feel a sense of acknowledgment and importancy !!
I like this comment because every one even non-student feel something when he/she called by his/her name.

ReplyDeleteI agree with this since when we call students by their names they will feel that they are important so as effective teacher he/she must apply it.
